Bake Ziti with sausage

12 oz uncooked ziti pasta 4 oz pancetta or bacon, diced 1 large onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves 1 lb sweet Italian sausage 1 cup red wine 1 28 oz, crushed tomatoes 1/2 cup torn basil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper 1 cup ricotta 1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese 1 8 oz package shredded mozzarella  1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese  1.- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the pasta according to the directions of the packages. 2.- Sautee the pancetta/bacon in a large skillet over medium heat.  Add the Onions and garlic and Sautee until it onions are translucent.  Add the sausage and cook until meat looses its pink color. Add the wine and cook for about 3 minutes. 3.- Add the crushed tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper, let it simmer. 4.- meanwhile add the ricotta cheese, one cup of the mozzarella and the Gouda cheese to the hot pasta. Lightly grease a 13x9 pan, add the pasta mixture, spreading it well, then add the sausage mixture.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the rest of the Mozzare
