AIR FRYER FRIED PICKLES

 One 16-ounce jar dill pickles 1/2 Cup all Purpose Flour 1/4 tsp. Ground Pepper 1 1/2 tsps. Cajun Seasoning 1 Cup Buttermilk A couple of dashes of House sauce 1 1/2 Cups Panko 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning Kosher Salt 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil Dipping sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 4 teaspoons ketchup  1 teaspoon prepared horseradish 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning For the pickles: Preheat a 3.5-quart air fryer to 390 degrees F. Set a wire rack inside a baking sheet. Drain the pickles and spread them out on a paper towel-lined baking sheet. Pat dry with more paper towels, pressing gently to remove as much moisture as possible. Eliminate any pickles with large holes or ones that are very thin. Set up a breading station using 3 medium bowls: Whisk together the flour, cayenne and 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning in one bowl. In the second bowl combine the buttermilk and hot sauce. AIR FRYER BRUSSEL SPROUTS

 1 Lb. Brussel Sprouts 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil Kosher Salt 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Zest of 1/2 Lemon Trim and quarter the Brussels sprouts and toss in a large bowl with the olive oil and 2 teaspoons salt.  Set a 3.5-quart air fryer to 390 degrees F and preheat for 5 minutes. Transfer the sprouts to the air fryer and cook, tossing halfway through, until well-browned and crispy, about 18 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and toss with the Parmesan and lemon zest.

AIR FRYER CHICKEN WINGS

 Non-Stick Cooking Spray for the Basket 2 Lbs. Chicken Wings Kosher Salt 4 Tbps. Unsalted Butter 1/2 Cup Hot Sauce Ranch or Blue Cheese Sauce for Serving Spray the basket of a 3.5-quart air fryer with cooking spray and set aside. Pat the chicken wings dry and sprinkle generously with salt. Place the wings in the fryer basket so they are not touching. Set the air fryer to 360 degrees F and cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings with tongs and cook for 12 minutes more. Flip the wings again, increase the heat to 390 degrees F and cook until the outsides are extra-crispy, about 6 minutes more. Meanwhile, warm the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Whisk in the hot sauce.   Toss the wings with the butter mixture to coat in a large bowl and serve with dressing on the side.

AVOCADO TOAST

1 Large Avocado 1 Tbps. Olive or Avocado Oil 4 Slices Who le Wheat or Whole Grain Bread S&P Flaky Salt Sea for Serving Mash the avocado with a fork in a shallow bowl until chunky. Season with fine salt and black pepper. Toast the bread until browned and crisp. Lightly brush the toasts with oil, and season with fine salt and pepper. Divide the mashed avocado evenly among the toasts, and top with more flaky sea salt, more black pepper and red pepper flakes if using. You can serve with roasted sliced tomato or crispy bacon.
