SOFT OLIVE BREAD

  • 4 Cups all purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. quick rise Yeast
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/4 Warm Water
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup of pitted, sliced Olives
Mix 3 Cups of flour with the yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl,

Pour in the water and olive oil and continue to mix it on low.

When the dough seems to have come together, add the remaining flour, one spoon at a time, keep kneading until it stops sticking to the sides. Cover with a towel and let it stand for a few minutes.

Add the olives slices, mixing them into the dough.  Divide the dough into 12 parts and shape into rolls, put on a baking sheet, cover them and let rise for about 45 minutes or until they double in size.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
