BLINCHIKI (NO YEAST)
- 3 Eggs
- 2.5 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 180 grams Flour
- 200 miligrams Milk
- Hot water.
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
In a bow, whisk together the eggs, sugar and Salt, add 1/2 of th flour and nix it well leaving no lumps, add the milk, mix and add the rest of the flour. Depending on the considstency of the batter, add hot water, the batter should be on the runny side. Finally add the two tablespoons of oil.
Heat up a heavy frying pan over medium-hiiugh heat. Sligly grease the pan and add about 1/4 of the batter, . Once the top is dried, flip the blinckik over.
