Snuggles Georgia Peach crunch

1 lb. bacon, cut into thirds 6 medium peaches, sliced  3 tbsp coconut sugar 1/4 cup honey 1 cup walnut pieces 1 tsp sea salt In a large skillet, over medium heat, lay the bacon and cover with half of the sugar.  Cook until browned, then flip and cover with rest of the sugar, cook until desired crispness. Remove bacon and put into a 9x13" baking dish. Set aside Turn the heat to low.  To the same skillet add the honey, combining in with the bacon fat. Add the peaches to the honey- bacon fat mixture, be careful, it will splatter quite a bit . Turn heat off and keep stirring for about 2 minutes. Pour peaches over the bacon.  Sprinkle with the walnuts and season with the salt..

Mediterranean scramble

1 tbsp. Coconut oil 4 oz. Italian sausage 3 cups fresh Spinach 2 medium Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced 4 large eggs, slightly beaten  Fresh basil, thinly sliced Sea salt and Pepper, to taste Heat oil in a large plan, over medium heat. Add the sausage, breaking it into small pieces as you cook it, until it is cooked. To that, add the tomatoes and then spinach and cook until the spinach has wilted. Add the eggs, keep stirring until egg is cooked.  Add the basil and season to taste.
