FLUFFY CHERRY MARSHMALLOW SALAD

1 CAN (20 OZ.) CRUSHED PINNEAPLE, DRAINED

1 CAN (20 OZ.) SWEET CONDENSED MILK

1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE

1 TUB (8 OZ.) COOL WHIP, THAWED

1 JAR (10 OZ.) MARASCHINO CHERRIES, DRAINED AND HALVED

2 CUPS MINI MARSHMALLOWS

  1. IN a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pinneapple, sweet condensed milk and the lemon juice.
  2. Fold in the cool whip until mixture is smooth and creamy
  3. add the maraschino cherried and mini marshmallows
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Before serving, give it another gentle stir.

6   medium flour tortillas ,   (8-inch diameter) 1/2   lb   button mushrooms ,   (8 medium), thinly sliced - optional 1   Tbsp   unsalted butter 6   large eggs 1/2   cup   sour cream ,   divided (2 Tbsp for eggs & 1 Tbsp per tortilla) 1/4  tsp   sea salt  ,   (or to taste) 1/8   tsp   black pepper ,   (or to taste) 2   oz   deli ham ,   cut into strips or squares, optional 4   oz   mozzarella cheese ,   (1 cup shredded) 1   tomato ,   diced - optional*** 3   Tbsp   olive oil  ,   to saute (add more as needed) In a medium bowl, whisk together 6 eggs with 2 Tbsp sour cream, and salt and pepper to taste. CHICKEN AND GREEN CABBAGE CASSEROLE

3 Cups Chedar Cheese, shredded 10 Oz greed cabbager, shredded 1 Lbs. Chicken cubed 1 Cup Mayonnaise 1 tsp, coconut oil 1 Cup chicken stock Juice of 3 Lemons S&P to taste Apply oil to the baking dish and set the chicken pieces on the bottom.  Spred green cabbage, followed by j1.2 ikf the ceddar chsses.  In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the pepper, stock, lemon juice and Salt.   Pour the mixture over the chicken, spead the rest of the cheese, and cover with the aluminum paper.  Backe at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Open the aluminum paper and cook for additional 10 minutes.
